well nothing is free!!! you guys taught me that lesson when I first posted my V a 1 1/2 ago!!!lol!!! so far I have about $234.00 dollars in this ski. OEM mikuni carb kits and needle and valve seats are not cheap!!!!! steering cable, neoprene gasket,and choke cable has added to the bill. Thank god a good friend of mine is a jetski tech. and he works out of his garage so alot of nick knacks have been freebies!!!! Thanks Blake!!! you guys should see this ski in tip top shape in about a week.

Kracker you sound like you got a pretty good handle on gettin' her in top shape...last one I had, I paddled it back to the ramp a couple of hundred yards...using the SEAT...

Dayum bro....sounds like you've become an overnight jetski tech sensation! I had a couple in my younger days. My last one was a 1994 Polaris. Fun times....you will have. Pics!

Thanks Blue, I am blessed with being able to pick up on things very fast, when you back that with the research power of the internet your possibilities are endless! There is so much you can learn via internet its ridiculous. And of course having forums like this one makes it better.

I 1000% agree with that statement. I remember when I first got online in 1995 with that 14.4 dialup modem.....the moment it dawned on me that I could answer ANY question I could possibly dream up with a couple clicks (and a generous dose of patience, aka dialup).

heres my ski finally finished up. all work done- genuine mikuni parts carb rebuild,jetpump rebuild,oil delete(she pre mixed now)new fuel lines,new fuel filter,cleaned fuel selector switch,evacuated fuel and oil tank and cleaned,new plugs,new steering cable,upgraded 2 finger throttle, new white mx grips etc.... she runs her @$$ off now!!! not a bad looking ski for being 18 years old.

get on ebay and find a pad for those bars... might help you keep your teeth one day
