I heard a really good report outta crystal river and my neighbor is going there this weekend, so I'll have a more direct report then. We are booked for the hatch the weekend after Labor Day, so I'm hoping they will still be there late

That's not that bad, try the keys during sportsman lobster season. I've been down there where the boats were so close you could literally walk from key largo to key west and not get your feet wet.

My neighbor went to crystal river last week and said they limited in 1.5 hours between rainstorms. I've heard only good reports so far this season!

st joe is supposed to be thick again this year, we're gonna try to check it out sun.
we usually don't go until august or sept because the meat is so small, so awthacker, you might not get the volume . but the meat will be much bigger, that's the best time to go. |
