For ease, lets assume there are 100,000,000 current tax payers. (which is probably close).

So this trip, you say, will cost up to $100,000,000.

So that is a measly 1 dollar per tax payer.

RKC, you're right. I don't know what I was thinking!! How very selfish of me to not consider the possible long term effects, and at what is, with all due consideration, a relatively cheap price!! I'm sure that even President Biden would not object too much.
