Damn that took balls throwing easily $60+ worth of meat right on the coals. You know the only reason cavemen threw their food right on the coals was because they hadn't invented grills yet..
 Looks good though... I'll be calling you for smoking lessons soon. I still have to act surprised tomorrow.
