Unless the fiberglass of your deck is worn through (doubtful) then WHY are you going to pour a new one?
Many a thread in here about repairing a soft deck, mine being one of them. I simply cut out the old deck, removed the old rotted wood under it, glued new plywood pieces to it and then encapsulated the whole thing with new fiberglass. It's labor intensive, but not really a hard process.
