I didn't think he know what he was talking about. Im having trouble finding one that has the spot for a ground wire.

Just wrap wire a few turns around the hose and bend the stripped edge over and into the hose and slip in the fill neck and double clamp it down and you are grounded.

I would spend the money and get an all stainless one. Plastic has a way of falling apart in time in the sun and salt air. I bonded/grounded mine to the backside of one of the mounting bolts. I have a 10 gauge wire running to the bonding tab on the tank and another run to the negative buss bar.
