You helped me connect with a Greatest Generation relative that I never knew and I am in your debt. I can only pay it back in prayers.

I truley hope that we a worthy to walk among these giants one day.

Sorry for your loss Reel. My dad was my hero, served in WWII in a submarine. Had metal in his face and chest, only thing he would ever tell me about it was he saw his best friend blown to pieces right beside him. He was a great man, lost him in 1980 when I was 20 years old. Still miss him bad and always will!
