you'll probably need a relay..... If you mess around with R/C stuff, a LIPO batt would be SWEET... gobs of power but still lightweight.

It doesn't bother me as I'm allergic to cats and don't really care for them. BUT I live on family property and I'm the only dog person. Between my granfather, mother, niece, and neighbors, they have close to 30 cats. So it doesn't go over well with them when the house cats come up missing from there walks.
