I'd laugh at her stupidity if I wasn't crying so much by realizing this very stupid woman actually will have some control over my rights to keep and bear arms.


And, in the second link, about Colorado Rep. Rhonda Fields, I'm really very sorry for the loss of her son, especially since he was killed to keep him quiet because he was a witness and was just trying to do the right thing by testifying. But that doesn't give his mother the right to try to further her agenda by deliberately lying, or at the very least mis-speaking, about what kind of weapons were used to kill him. The fact is he was killed with a .45 cal weapon, (probably a 1911 colt or a similar semi-auto pistol according to police), not an "assault rifle" as stated by his mom.
