To me it screams "save $10,000" ..... "MAYBE" ......... "IF it's not rotted out junk"..... and "IF it has a good title".... and "IF.............." etc etc etc.......
IF it were local I'd look into it and likely have it on the water for under $2k...... MAYBE lol

That is funny, so ok a little more...........
To me it screams " Run, don't walk " !!! What does it scream to you ? It also screams - why bother with all the time and effort needed to get that rig back to condition ?

IF it is actually in the condition it looks to be, I could have it on the water for UNDER $2000 and MAYBE under $1000 in under a month... maybe in a week.
