Default Paint going on tonight!

Called my buddy and the epoxy primer went on last night. Tonight is the top coat, then the detailing, etc. on Saturday. Get it back on Monday and then I have two weekends before the first trip of the year. I'll try to post some pics tomorrow night.

Looked at the gallery mentioned, looks real good. Looks like the fuel tank was relocated forward, was thinking of doing that myself next winter, have to redo the fuel cover anyway and it would help with the weight distribution. My 150 opti is about 100 pounds heavier the the old blown mariner 200 I pulled off of it and it sits pretty low in the back.

vic's boat was originally a sea drive that was converted to a bracket boat. that was the where the tank was located from the factory.

Default Updated pics

Still not done, but I did get it back from the painter and started putting the stripes on it. Should have it most of the way back together this weekend. Post some pics on Sunday. Everything but the bimini (which is currently blue) will be done. Going to remake the bimini in gray, mostly because that's what I have in material and it's better than the blue.....

Default Thanks Guys!

Sorry it's been so long to update. I got it all finished except for the flooring under the driver's seat and the fuel tank hatch, both of these will wait till next winter. We took it out on its "maiden" voyage in late March and caught some nice stripers on it at Lake Cumberland, didn't realize how nasty the water was till I looked at these pics side by side. Boat did great, jack plate worked good, you can somewhat see the motor sitting 5" higher in the pic, still not getting the RPM's I'd like to but I think I need to reprop to a 17". These are the before and after from this year to last before all the changes. Had to make a new grey bimini, couldn't take the blue with the rest of the boat looking so good.
Thanks for all the encouragement along the way!
Tight Lines! G
