Can I take my boat off the trailer

I have a quick question for Smokeonthewater (or anyone who might know), as you have a cruiser and most likely will have an idea. What kind of performance do you think I can expect from my boat. It has a 5.7 and a 15x17 prop and is about 4500 lb? Near as I can figure 30 mph WOT?

I know you guys hear this all the time and I bet it's a real newbie question, LOL
