If that's what I think it is it's one of the worst catamaran designs ever.
Don Aronow took a 39' Cigarette hull and split it down the middle with a 4 ft tunnel. He sold these to the customs and DEA boys and the things would hardly break something like 55 mph WOT with massive amounts of H.P.(Intentional? Hmmmmm?) OffshoreOnly.com has a couple threads in the classic offshore section about them and they rip on them pretty bad.
