Thanks everyone!! I am not worried I know it will sell, But I am trying to get out of my house and buy a mobile home, Found a great one that you would never know was a mobile!! I am $3000 short on there asking price and they are not moving. I have to get rid of some bills and this is the single best way, I am $3k short buying it cash and having no mortgage, so getting rid of this $1200 a month bill will be huge!

it dont look like a mobile home our mobile homes have wheels on them--looks kike a nice place good luck with it its called the australian dream
