I felt bad, he would have been a good one in a couple years, we only shoot 3.5YO bucks and older. But it happens and I got some meat.

Don't feel bad about shooting him. Sh!t happens and there is nothing you can do about it. Meat is meat and you cannot eat horns! Besides by the time they grow a nice set of antlers the meat really is not that great anymore.
