I hav had vent issues before, one bugs love to make nests in them and they get blocked, but as stated just blow some air in there to clear. But remove the hose from the tank and blow toward the tank till clear. This way you don't blow the clog into the gas, and not on to the screen at the vent. I also had a vent coronoid so bad that it was blocked, it was on the Sea Ox when I got it, the old owner said the 110 gal gas tank did not work and I would have to use 6 gal above tanks or replace, After draining the tank and replacing all tghe hoses I found the vent all rotted, changed it and have not had any issues since.

Default Success!

We cleaned out the vent. Seemed to have something crusty in the vent hole that fell out. Changed the gas filter, gassed up and got a few hours of fishing . Two keeper Stripers (40" and a 33") and two throw backs.
Going again Friday.
Thanks for your help!
Steve
