The boat was covered AND under cover most of its life in AZ. The seats are ORIGINAL 1974 Wellcraft vinyl! The floor and transom are tight and dry. Plans underway include: cleanup the wiring birdsnest, re-align/replace some instruments, switches. Get rid of the Astroturf, replace with Nautolex. change the tangerine to charcoal/gray with fold down lounge seats.

I hate to say it but I really really like that retro Orange vinyl. What a cool boat!!!

Kracker is right that is a cool boat. I like the orange. I seen a Wellcraft Airslot leaving the Atv Park monday. She was in the woods covered with green and had a pretty decent tree growing in the back deck. Almost stopped to ask about it but my wallet told me no. You have a very good looking boat.

Yep, I have to agree.... the tangerine MAKES the boat... I'd change the carpet but no way in heck would I change the vinyl color.

oh well the seats are already here...my fishing buddy (my wife) hates the tangerine...so charcoal and grey it is BUT i have a complete set of tangerine seats, cushions etc for a 74 Airslot...cheap but you pay the shipping...
