They are NOT spending the $$$$$ for the improvements, and one of them is laying off 7 employees this morning.
Drag...that is the dumbest thing I have ever heard....either your friend is making money off those employees or he is losing money by carrying those employees with not enough work to support them....to wake up this morning and decide to layoff 7 people is again the dumbest thing i ever heard.
