He probably does not have power. Cell service here in this area is bad at best due to the outages... A lot of cell towers are awaiting power. Just hope he made it through OK though. It was pretty bad here in Staten Island. A lot of friends lost their boats and at least 4 marinas have been totally destroyed. I personally have a boat but no marina left to dock it at. Not sure what the future holds for me.
