Product called Flitz is the best Ive used. Apply with extra fine bronze wool. It really brings out the shine just keep it off fiberglass.....

I will get some Flitz. Would the tubes being polished help the clamps slide better? They slide ok now, but "stick" in spots. Thanks for the input guys.

I would think so Jason.....What are they using as an insert on the slide rings? Its usually plastic and Ive seen before where they can get gummed up by oils, dirt and salt off your hands. Worst case scenario hit them with the Flitz and then you can go back with something like the Sprayway SS polishing spray and that would help to lubricate and protect them. BTW, if you havent used any Sprayway products before you are missing out!!!! Their glass cleaner is amazing and is ammonia free. It comes out in a foam as opposed to a runny liquid.

These have nothing for a slide slick. Its metal on metal. In the pic below I slid one off the pipe. There is a rivet on the left side, maybe that held a slick? I dont know a whole lot about outriggers, we never used them. I think i got the basics down though.

They aint Rupp. Rupp never made a stainless outrigger like this. Only aluminum. They have a logo that looks just like the Rupp logo. Only its three or four waves.

Bunch of good folks at Rupp. They helped me identify them as Lees bases and even sent me a couple links. Good customer service right there! Lees said the rivet held a cable for the eyebolt. No slick pads.

Okay, I thought you said they were RUPP's? Anyway, at least your on the right path.......still weird they had metal on metal like that. I guess that means no room for a nylon bushing.......

I thought they were RUPPs based on the wave design on the bases. But Lori at RUPP said they were not their bases. Just looked at prices on 20' outriggers with a single spreader. Lets just say its easy to drop a grand into poles. One set was five grand!
