started casting my own bullets, this was my first attempt, did about 300 230 grain .452 today. sorted them out, got to run them thru the sizer now.

years ago I had a guy that use to pay me about .03 a lead bullet, use to make 1000 's of them for the guy!! That 3 cent use to add up!
Had a nice melting pot, like a coffee creamer dispenser, just lift the handle and pour, that thing was a fast melter too

The last time I went to the local truck tire store to get my RV inspected I spotted a 5 gallon bucket full of old wheel weights. Asked the kid doing the inspection what they did with them, he said some guy buys em for $20/bucket. I asked if I could get one for $20...he said sure. Weighed out at over 100 pounds...should last a while.
