I don't know.. I mean, it's nice and all that, and if someone was to give me one I sure wouldn't turn it down. But look at the video again. (Especially the part right at the end when the two of them are standing at the front of the boat right where it was cut off). That boat is narrow as all hell. I have to wonder how it would handle in rough seas. I had a 25' John Almand a few years back that was about the same width and she was great going in a straight line in calm seas, but rolled like a son of a
***** in a heavy swell.

I was told by the guy who use to own my Sea Ox that he watched a drop test on the Sea Ox just before he bought mine. He said he watched that at there factory and they took it for a ride after and that was good enough for him!
Also stated that right after he bought it he complained to the owner of Sea Ox that it did not ride as well as the one he rode in after it was dropped, the owner said what do you have the trim tabs set at?? He said I don't have any, the owner said get them and if you still are not happy he would buy the boat back from him including the trim tab price. He said ok, added the tabs and had the boat 20 years till I bought it from him. I love my boat, but I don't belive its the best ride out there but its good for me! And at drift there is not much roll, just like the V20, which is good and bad cause like the V I stay out way to long when it gets crapy out cause you don't feel the crap while drifting around. But unlike the V this thing is big and heavy and still rides good in the crap!

Pretty impressive but I'm still suspect of the little disclaimer that the console and leaning post were only placed in there for looks and don't mind the fact that they nearly jumped out of the boat.

Totally agree. That same thing came to my mind ... especially when I saw how far they jumped when they dropped it.

Geez, you know that is the problem with being the new kid on the block. Try and make a superior product and every naysayer from the competition to casual observer will try to rip you apart.
I have been looking at various articles and blogs on Sea Hunter Boats. One guy has had to consistently take his 40' back to the factory for repairs. Certain tournament fishermen beat the snot out of them and have had to go back a lot. Factory direct so that is where all service happens. Can you imagine putting the hammer down across 40 miles of 10 footers because that is where the fish are? Breaking a trim ram on the motor and having it poke a hole in the crankcase? Breaking the T-top? No thanks, I ain't going. I like the video, looks like the Bennett twin rams bite the dust at a 100 times gravity. And the console and leaning post need to be fastened back down. LOL Narrow? 9' 10" beam. You could still trailer it on the road with a permit. 35' Contender 10' beam - 33' See Vee 9' beam - 34' Sea Vee 10' beam - 35' Hydra Sport 10' 4" beam - 34' Fountain 9'6" beam - 38' Fountain - 10'6" beam (My dream boat) They all run to the narrow side but the ones I have been on are solid in the rocking and rolling department. That SOB bounced twice, give them a break..

wow, that hull bounced when it hit the concrete. That means it's one really strong hull.
