I have an issue with my Medallion Gas gauge as well. When the power is on, I have about 10.8 volts at the sending unit post on the back of the gauge. This is coming from the gauge itself, not the sending unit. When I disconnect the wire from the back of the sending unit and read the post itself, it gives me 10.8 volts. Is this an issue with the gauge being shorted or do I also need a new sending unit? I currently read as if I have no fuel.
