Its going under the house so we can cut out two of the existing pilings I will have pictures tomorrow.

I noticed the re-drills on the beam/post connections...did Mr Building Inspector beeyatch about the bolts being too small or something?...

Some of the bands get replaced and the architect upgaded the bolts from 1/2 inch to 3/4 bolts

Wait till you see the beam that goes in the ridge on the third floor a w18x35 36 ft long
