I'm trying to remember where the button is on that one. My father had one and gave it to my brother.
Can't remember if it's on the end of the throttle handle or on the housing like choke's usually are. Seemed like the kill switch was also a lanyard too. To shut it off push down where the lanyard connected.

Also, hope they insulated the ends of the wire if they didn't use a battery.
Arcing them while running will damage the stuff like the stator, powerpack, etc.

Looking at the diagram online, I see the starter button but it does not show where it is mounted. The end of the tiller handle is hollow so it would make sense for it to be there.

Some of those used the end of the tiller handle for an idle adjustment knob.

Yeah, this one has the idle adjustment at the end of the tiller. I'm not sure if it works or not, seems to not be engaging in anything.
I did get the motor running today, the cam follower on the carb is broken so I have to give it fuel by hand.

Go ahead and locate the fuse. The ones with the starter usually have one.
Looks like an ATO fuse.
