Blue - just read this thread and the other on the floor removal to access the tank. What happened? Did you have a fuel issue? Clogged?
I ask because I have the same boat and I just had a fuel issue myself - though it looks like the fuel pump on my engine just went.

Rarely happens, but will be going along just fine, then starves for fuel. I shut down and primer bulb is flat as a pancake. To fix, I disconnect the fuel line going into the H2O sep and blow back down into the tank. I thought the hose barb might have the antisiphon valve sticking, but I found it does not have one in it. It about has to be inside the tank. By the way, my fuel pump went out about 2 years ago. Symptoms I had then included not being able to reach desired RPM.
