There are other posts about Mary Kate On/Off. That stuff is totally great...but you MUST use caution when using it.. Gloves, and goggles are a must, and only use it outdoors. (And like MJ said, don't let it hit Galvanized metal... it won't hurt it, but it turns it black...ditto with mag wheels)

Try Mr clean magic eraser it takes black scuffs and other stains right off of fiberglass.
