Im having the same issue right now on my 140 rude. I have ran a 6 gallon tank still had the problem....Cleaned the carb, changes the plugs, etc.....I just put some sea foam in and ran it for about 30 minutes and it seems to have started correcting it....Idle has raised and more throttle response now.....If that does not work I am thinking the vro pump is the culprit
