Pretty great read there MJ. Although I was waiting for the part where you wrecked the old trailer and could no longer sell it or something to that effect......At least you could laugh about it.

That's the best d@mn Wind Talking I have heard for a long time, you are a luck guy. If that had been at my ramp that boat would been careening off boats in a fast current and usually wind and a half mile away by time you got some help to get it.

I agree, it coulda been worse. Nothing like getting stuck in the mud, LOL.
Misadventures of windtalker. Never understood the handle until now.
You must be feeling better with all that activity.

LOL MJ, that was one of the best hard luck stories I've heard in a long time. Like Willy, if that had been my boat the results would not have been nearly as pleasant since I usually launch into a river. I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop.... Like RW said, I was waiting for the line about you backing into the old trailer. Glad everything turned out ok. Enjoy the steamers my friend...you earned them.

If all the boats were in the water like summer time there would have been banging going on, and it was about 1/2 mile in the marsh before they got it!

Trailer was falling in the mud, not boat, and I have no idea how I was moving so well yesterday?? Desperate I guess!

Thank god it was just past low tide, so it was not moving much. They should be good! They will be my first in almost a year!
