there's a lot to take notice of here, the appointment of czars and department heads that have the ability to go around congress and the senate is a direct contradiction of the constitution. Funny how very little of this shows up in the press. I keep hearing every one blaming congress for all the mess we are in right now, but very little is said about Ried drawing a hard line in the senate, refusing to pass any thing that didn't originate from the Democrats. Boehnor is taking it from all sides, being blamed for failed bills to the senate, and being blamed for being too liberal from the tea Party congress. We coming up on the 'taxargeddon" again the media is going to put 100% of the blame on Congress, even though th stopping point is the senate. Its going to be a perfect time for O to use his executive powers to bypass congress and the senate to "fix" the problem and appear the hero. Take notice, the power of the people is diminishing rapidly.

get real tired of always getting to vote for the lesser of the evils. It would be great if a decent human being was allowed to serve instead of these douchebags the powers that be and the media have served up for us. I fully understand peoples disgust with choosing the lesser of 2 evils, it turned my guts to vote for McCane last time. The trouble with voting anymore is it is like picking between a bear and a wolf to eat you. They will both kill you and consume you. Problem is though, one of them WILL maul you and finish you off. You have no say in it, so this is where the lesser of 2 evils really burns most people up and leads to many saying they will not vote. Problem is though, if you don't vote, you have no grounds to complain about being eaten alive by both of em. And your not just affecting yourself, but all of us. Most here know who my pick is, but I hate to say it I doubt his strategy will work in August. I REALLY question Romney's motives myself, and wonder how he came into this position with the backers he has. But he IS the lesser of 2 evils, and if it comes down to it he will probably get my vote just to try and keep the current commander in thief out of office.

Ferm...as long as large numbers continue to tow the line of one party or another, a choice of two evils is all we'll have. When we start seeing the propaganda spewed from both directions for the smoke screen that it is, protecting those hiding behind it and granting rich & corporate America access to the levers of government control and start seeing the path back to a country governed BY THE PEOPLE, we'll keep on living by the whim of the powers that run this country now...we have to come together and stop all the party bickering that keeps US divided...and THEM in control.

That is precisely what the Tea Party movement is all about. It's a pure of the People, by the People, for the People movement, uncorrupted by big business or politics. Their aim is simply to put into office those candidates that truly represent the will of the people.

I glad to hear you agree in principle...but what I'm talkin about is left coming together w/right...conservatives talkin to liberals and I haven't seen much of that inside the TP...And I don't place any blame for that anywhere...my contention is at present we are pitted against each other...one ideology AGAINST the other and that's the way those in power want it...they are SAFE w/status quo as long as we are in the trenches dukin' it out w/ea/other...now it's us against us...we'll never regain power until it's us against THEM...

I completely agree with you about the lesser of two evils. However, in this case I really don't think that Romney is the lesser of the two evils. I really think he's the better man. He's intelligent to a fault, a proven businessman, with a resume of accomplishments in his life that I'd love to have. It's true, I don't agree with everything he stands for, but then again, I've never agreed with everything that any politician has stood for. There's always been faults in everyone, past or present. He may not have been my first choice for the Republican candidate but he's certainly qualified to sit in the White House. Much more so than the imposter that's sitting there right now.

Biggest obstacle Romney will face is ROMNEYCARE, it is what obamacare is patterned after. He is nothing more than obama lite. I feel like we are getting screwed even harder this time than in 08.
