I started out not knowing a whole lot about doing a boat build. I have done some soft deck repairs in the past and thats about it. It goes to show that with alot of research and asking questions will get you a long way. The cool thing is that I know enough now to be able to help others onn this site now when in the beginning I was almost lost!!!! lol!!

I've got a bunch of locals pointing me in the direction of some V20s in my price range. I might be asking you a whole lot of questions soon lol ;-) I am hoping for something that's not as big a project though

Yea I took this one on knowing it was gonna be a huge project and a one of a kind. I simply wanted to challenge myself. I am gonna finish this one up and then start on redoing my 20 ft pontoon boat.

Kracker your the reason I landed here with my Franken V Project you do some good work. I am a painter as well never rebuilt a boat as far as your VA - V.

I cant wait till we get some spare time to pull the engine &out drive to get after her. Keep up the goodwork I am where you were @ the beginning.
