Ditto... Bass, Blues, Cod, etc., etc., etc., are nice, and the thrill of catching a 20-30 lb Salmon in Lake Ontario is fantastic, but nothing tastes better to me than fresh fluke pan fried in butter. It's what keeps me coming back for more.
