Being that you did the full transom its not hard to go the rest of the way!! Brackets can be had off ebay or crigslist, even go toa boat place and ask if they have any take offs that they want to sell. thats the cheap way, other then that they can get $$$ mine was a take off that i made work!

MJ, how hard would your conversion be on a boat with a 20" transom?

you have to do transom and build up to get the bracket on there for a 25" motor
