Good to hear that you're gaining ground on your health issues.

Blood pressure dropping when you stand is a classic symptom of adrenal problems, specifically low cortisol. Mainstream medicine overlooks the endocrine system as the cause of much of what ails us. I think you guys misread MJ's post or he didn't effectively voice his issues. While the gastric bypass has helped his Diabetes issues, he has so many other new issues going on that, at times he feels he was better off being overweight and still injecting insulin.
He hasn't turned any corner and isn't gaining any ground on his health issues and the doctors really haven't come up with any answers as to what's going on. These issues have lefty MJ sidelined to the point where he cannot work anymore. He cannot get out on his boat unless his son or someone goes in order to do most of the work with regards to getting in and out of the water.
It's a tough situation for sure.
