I looked at the picture of the terminals on your link. Looks like there are no 1/4inch terminals for the Neg wires. You'll have to solder them to the neg- terminal board or buy a bus bar (with screws or 1/4inch terminals). You might be able to find a 1/4inch terminal bus that will screw directly to the Neg- screw on your switch panel.

Question...does the panel you bought have fuses/breakers for each load or is it just a switch panel? If it is like the one pictured, it has no fuses and you will need a fuse block.

You will need a 60 amp fuse between the fuse panel and the battery. The switches are actually 15A breakers on the ones you gave link to from West Marine. (reset by turning off and then on again) They want to ensure that your positive lead wire from the battery to the panel is properly fused. The single screw design just makes it so you hook one ea positive and negative and then go to your load with the 1/4" spade connectors from there. Personally, I would stay away from it with the soldering iron. The soldered points on the negative board are for the led lights inside the breakers. On the positive board they appear to be the feed for the breaker switches and the led lights. Buy a terminal block for the negative wires. Label them in some way so if you have a problem it is easily diagnosed.
