For $1200 you're not really interested in selling the hull.. I bought my 1996 V21 complete for $999, with only a soft floor. Just my .02 cents

yep, sorry to say, but all you have there is a trailer and a few parts that aren't easy to sell.... If you could manage to give the boat away to someone you could sell the trailer pretty easily tho as it looks to be pretty nice.
