Spare, is this Mckee waterlogged?

It looks like its sitting nose down, which is not good, but it appears to have the later model rub rail(can't tell for sure on the pic), which would indicate that its one of the better built boats(newer). Do what I did, add as second drain plug to the hull to allow any water that gets in a place to go out.
