I assume you then cut it all up rather than roasting the whole pig?
had a great pork roast sunday myself...I was a little nervous because it was still pretty pink, thought the wife might be trying to do me in, but seems I am OK... rkc

Yes, she yielded only about 65lbs of edible meat.
She had 1 1/2" of pure fat all the way around. Everything considered even being that big, should be good eats.
