I ended up in the hospital that Sat, and since he didn't call I presume that he sold it to the other guy. So much for a handshake deal and people keeping their word. Actually, it's my own fault, I should have insisted on giving him a deposit... I know better than to leave a great deal on the table without putting down a deposit. Don't know what I was thinking.
