I would not recomend the JD for CB but maybe your better half needs a snort to get them thru til 11:30.

Good luck CB the pt is the key to a speedy recovery, I just finished with all mine about 3 weeks ago .......may till sept 3 days a week ....not bad... get well soon.

i have people that i have known 30 years that say they didn't know it was me when hey saw me, guess thats what 100 pound loss will do to ya?
