V21 is a better deal. How many Yamaha dealers do you see versus Volvo Penta. Volvo is good stuff when everything is working properly and being properly maintained. Doesn't sound like the case with this one though. Fishermen in third world countries run Yamahas for a reason. I also think the pilot house looks a little too large for the hull.
