And her she sits. 1 coat of primer and she's guide coated, sanded and waiting for second coat. My buddies compressor blew up so the motor getting rebuilt. And this hunting and fishing season has taken up alot of time. I will get her done one day.

So close!!! The floor gets that alaphatic rubber non skid so that's why its not primed. The non skid actually sticks better to raw fiberglass than a primed surfaced.

Been a long time since I have been on here. I hope everybody is doing well Im sure I have missed out on alot of good stuff going on. Im gonna catch up on some threads here in the next couple days. the boat is doing good shes been in a barn all winter with 2 coats of epoxy primer and is ready for top coating. I have all my hardware for her now and my motor is ready to install, so all i need to do is paint her and wire it up. I have been doing some taug fishing and our striper season was one of the biggest dissapointments ever!!! worst striper fishing I have ever seen, all the fish hung out 15 to 20 miles off the beach past the demarcation and never showed there faces inside the 3 mile line at all. Oh well Im ready for this weather to turn so i can get this boat finished up. im posting some pics in the fishing section check them out.

Kracker...was that boat converted from a cuddy???...the well in the front...I don't recall seeing that in a CC whereas it is in all the cuddys of that vintage...and the tops of the gunwales are flatter and much wider than standard CCs...I like it...gives the boat a real updated look and should be very functional one you're fishing her...
Are you gonna stay w/that motor?...I hate to add to an already full To-Do list, but rebuilding that transom as a 25"er rather than the 20"er it is now would pay off big in the future...if staying w/that motor, of course it would mean finding a 25" mid section, but IMO it'd be worth it...
Most floors I've seen removed are cut along the outside edge...is there a fuel tank under there?...
