V21 seating

After putting a lot of hours on the boat this season and feeling the chill in the air this morning (41 degrees at the jersey shore at 6:15 yuck) I started thinking about the offseason which will begin during Christmas week (yes, I will be one of the nuts in the water until the first snow fall). The boys used to want nothing but the cuddy, they'd go in there and nap and then wake up when we got to the fishing spot, now they want to be outside and having one on the passenger side and one behind me on the captain's seat whilst I am standing and driving....lets just say its not the preferred setup. Ideas on how to get a back to back on that side? Is there a slider mount that is able to be purchased or?????

What if you leave the passenger side as is and put a jump-seat on the cooler lid behind the capt's seat...

Thanks for the replies guys. I would really like to figure out the back to back seat set up. Putting a jump seat on the lids is going to limit the usability of the boxes. The one behind the captains seat is my storage for my huge containers of gulp and drop lines for crabbing. the passengers side is the livewell for crabs/fish. pics of the original setup would be great.

Oz- got the package yesterday. I will work on pulling off the rod holders this weekend and get them out to ya!

I have back to back seats on my V21 and I am able to access the storage. Here's a picture of the set-up in my gallery:

Note that there two stainless steal hinges on the seat facing aft.
