That's really impossible for us to determine. The easiest answer is "it might be worth it". See, here's the problem... these boats, like all others, have their "quirks" one of them is a soft transom (if it's not been properly taken care of). So if the transoms soft (meaning the wood inside is rotted) then the hull, by itself, is probably not worth $1200. If it comes with a nice tandem trailer, then yes, it's well worth it. There's just too many different things to be able to make an informed guess. We need more info. Pics would be a great help. Welcome to the site ...
