OH man guys, looks like a blast! I wish I could have been there with the V20, then maybe showed you guys what a fast v20 is, cause it looked smooooooooooth out there!

LOL ya, but those are the shoals... very shallow water. Go out into the bay and it changes rather quickly. Additionally, Barnaget inlet is considered one of the most dangerous inlets on the East Coast with constantly shifting sandbars and channels. Not the kind of place you want to go "really, really" fast in.

Yea man it was pretty low getting out of there....Lumber and I were watching you head out of there churn up a little sand and I said to him I'm sure Willy is just thrilled to be running that BRAND NEW motor out of here.

Oh, it did not happen there, it happened when the Captain Extraordinaire, trying to make his way home in the three footers, criss-crossing each other with the inter-mixed godzillion boat wakes was following his track back on the gps to the entrance into the creek channel for his marina did not have his gps zoomed all the way down and angled to what he thought was the track line but in actuality was the creek before his creek and found a nice firm sand bar about a foot below the surface.
It was one of my better maneuvers.
