had one of those on another boat and loved it. when i got it , it didn't have a winch or winch post. you drove the boat on until that round bar clipped into a special bow eye.
that lasted about 2 or 3 trips and then i put a winch on..

Yeah...if it were mine, that bar and those tall guide posts would be history...oh well...
