Pete...like said above, my buddy and I tied it off to the storage room wall and on 1st attempt nearly pulled the wall down...wife ran in to get the video camera...LOL!!...so we decided to yank the motor and wet the runners...hung the Merc from a beam, lowered the transom via the jack-stand and off she came!!...wet down the runners good, retied and off the hull came...wife didn't need the video camera after all...I think she was disappointed...LOL!! Thanks for all the great comments and encouragement, Guys...w/this well of knowledge on this forum, I feel like I can do anything w/this boat...

that's great. Looks like this boat really lit a fire under you a$$. I'm happy for you. I can't wait to go fishing out on it.
