Default pictures sep hull 2 or 3 pieces

attach 003 = exterior transom
attach 002 = transom cross section ( 3 piece hull)
attach 004 = interior transom ( would like higher and solid?)
attach 031 = splash well drain with leaking thru hull
attach 007 = entire splash well

Will attach a few more next post.

Currently the crux seems to be:

Remove cap, remove 2nd skin seperately
Remove cap and 2nd skin as a unit?
Cut out transom pan, splash well and rebuild

(some how need to inspect plumbing from 2 enterior wells to
splash well and stringers)

Default continued photos

009 = cockpit floor, does this show a seam for floor to sides?
008 = live wells need plumping inspected or plugged
011 = drivers side solid floor
019 = passeingers side slightly soft 1 x 1 sq foot
017 = see fiberglass thru passengers seat hole
