Hard to tell by the pictures. Might be a 1977 196 Sun Hatch or Sun Cruiser.

There is absolutely no paperwork with the vessel, and I am having to file for a lost title. I also would love to know just what exactly I have purchased.

Does Tennessee have a boat registration data base that is searchable by you?
Georgia has one and it's scarey. With the HIN (numbers) or the past registration numbers you can find out way too much stuff!

Just judging the numbers on the HIN, and the first picture, it looks like a 1977 year, 2000 Sun Cruiser.

I haven't been able to find a searchable boat registation database as of yet. I am still very new to boating, so I don't know what could be trackable.

It's gonna depend on that States distinctions or capabilities.
