That video is great! Pate is hilarious. But man, if I had a dollar for every spadefish I passed on. Are they really that good? Kinda like trigger, I imagine, but I've never shot one.

I shot a few last year at cutters rock in hernando county,when I filled them the meat was black so I thought they were no good to eat,next time I will try them

The meat cooks up nice and white and is very good. I wouldn't say it was flaky but it kinda just pulls apart, I'm not sure, hard to explain, guess you are just gonna have to try it........
